Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for drivers regarding issues/questions pertaining to organizational policies, payroll, benefits, etc.
• Set up schedules for drivers.
• Recruit drivers/owner operators.
• Engage with customers to drive growth and enhance relationships.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Ensure that the safety values of the organization are followed.
• Assist, support and direct managers.
• Manage, coach, discipline, and evaluate staff.
