Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee safe and efficient operation of all regional facilities producing medical cryogenic liquids and industrial gases. You will manage quality control, staffing, safety, regulatory compliance, and capital expenditures across the region.

The role reports to the Zone Director Bulk Production and requires a strong background in cryogenic gas production, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 5 years of management in gas production.
• Experience with regulatory agencies (FDA, EPA, OSHA, DHS) and compliance systems.
• Experience implementing quality systems (ISO 9001-2015, FSSC 22000) and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, production, efficiency, quality and budget targets for the region.
• Recruit and hire regional Managers and technicians.
• Support outages and plant maintenance; coordinate production scheduling.
• Assist department heads with data, budgets, and presentations.
• Be on-call 24/7 for plant needs and issues.
