Job summary

AgGeorgia Farm Credit is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to supervise loan processing and branch operations across multiple locations. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate data entry, monitor metrics, and collaborate with Regional Lending Managers to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes internal controls, training, policy updates, and ongoing process improvements while traveling between office sites as needed to support loan operations across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7–10 years loan processing and lending compliance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with team and branch contacts.
• Ability to organize and lead projects and initiatives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to loan support staff across locations.
• Mentor and develop staff to ensure loan processing and branch operations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and monitor data quality.
• Collaborate with Regional Lending Managers to ensure effective branch operations.
• Maintain internal controls and update operation procedures.
• Travel between office locations as needed.
