AgGeorgia Farm Credit in Quitman, GA is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to join our team. You will develop business, assess credit, and manage relationships with agricultural customers.

The role covers sales planning, credit administration, loan servicing, and community involvement to grow the portfolio while adhering to policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to travel by auto to carry out essential responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business by pursuing agricultural and community customers and building relationships.
• Interview applicants, collect and verify credit data per lending guidelines.
• Handle loans > $250,000 and manage more complex relationships.
• Monitor servicing, collateral, and portfolio credit quality on an ongoing basis.
• Represent the association at events and build referral networks.
