Job summary

Indie Campers is hiring a District Manager to own the end-to-end district performance across multiple depots. You will lead Operations Managers, translate regional priorities into district plans, and drive revenue, profitability, fleet availability, and customer experience with full P&L accountability.

You will guide staffing, budgets and KPI review, and collaborate with Revenue, Finance, Fleet, People, and Central Ops to unlock growth. Travel is frequent, and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in operations, mobility/retail/consumer facing environments.
• 3–5 years leading multi-site operations and managers.
• Proven multi-site P&L ownership including budgeting & forecasting.
• Strong business & financial acumen; translate data into decisions.
• Experience managing KPIs, workforce planning & resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; driver’s license; able to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Own the district P&L and drive revenue, profitability and cost performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers across the district.
• Define district priorities based on demand, capacity, and financials.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Allocate labor and resources to maximize utilization and continuity.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, compliance, and customer service standards.
