Qualifications

• 3+ years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or related operations experience; automotive or collision parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations in distribution/warehouse settings, including receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, and logistics.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and support to supervisors and warehouse staff; assist with hiring, onboarding and scheduling.
• Ensure safe work practices, compliance with OSHA and company policies, and use data/tools to drive improvements.
