Job summary

K1 Speed is seeking a General Manager for its Buffalo Grove center in Illinois. This full-time role leads salaried and hourly staff, coaches the team, and ensures operations meet K1 standards, including safety, cash handling, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Associates in Business or related field preferred.
• 3 years of Food and Beverage experience; ServSafe Manager Certificate is a plus.
• 5 years of previous management experience in restaurant, entertainment or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff.
• Cash handling duties including tills and deposits.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and minimum selling standards are followed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure monthly counts are accurate.
• Oversee daily operations and staff adherence to policies; maintain guest experience.
