• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage both people and processes.
• Client-facing and commercially minded, with the ability to retain existing business while developing new relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional client presence.
• High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong ownership mentality with accountability for results.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage an established client base across the assigned territory.
• Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach and networking.
• Serve as a primary regional contact for customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee regional operations, including resource planning and project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.
• Hire and develop key employees and lead performance management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and area performance.
• Provide hands-on support to field teams and travel for client meetings.
