• Manage ASC-specific processes, including surgical scheduling, sterile processing, and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Supervise clinical and administrative teams, including optometrists, technicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Ensure adherence to Texas healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and optometry/ASC billing guidelines.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, vendor management, and strategic expansion in Texas markets.
