Job summary

SECTR Partners seeks an experienced Regional Operations Director to lead day-to-day operations of optometry clinics and ASCs across Texas. You will drive efficiency, oversee staffing and scheduling, and ensure regulatory compliance to support growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration (MBA preferred) with proven multi-site leadership in healthcare, a strong grasp of ASC regulatory requirements, and exceptional organizational and communication abilities for strategic

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of optometry clinics and ASC, ensuring efficient patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
Manage ASC-specific processes, including surgical scheduling, sterile processing, and compliance with accreditation standards.
Supervise clinical and administrative teams, including optometrists, technicians, nurses, and support staff.
Ensure adherence to Texas healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and optometry/ASC billing guidelines.
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, vendor management, and strategic expansion in Texas markets.
