Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Director, Regional Business Operations Director to provide strategic leadership for regional operational strategies, P&L management, and continuous improvement across the New England region. The role centers on ensuring operational excellence, financial health, risk management, and aligned delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of relevant post education experience.
Active member of local and/or national professional practice organization.
Master’s Degree, ITIL Practice Certification.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee operational strategies and business plans that drive operational excellence, support growth initiatives, and optimize business unit performance.
Lead day-to-day management of operational activities across the business unit or sector, ensuring alignment with goals and policies.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics, financial data, and KPIs to evaluate business health and identify improvements.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish short- and long-term operational objectives and action plans.
Design and implement scalable processes, standards, and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
