Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MEP consulting or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project financials, staffing, and client relationships.
• Proactive problem-solving and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational leadership for NE region with focus on P&L and EBITDA.
• Monitor budgets, project performance, and staffing to support growth.
