Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Director, Regional Business Operations Director to provide strategic leadership for operational strategies across the New England region. This role focuses on P&L management, revenue growth, project margins, and EBITDA, while driving efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to align operations with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant post-education experience.
• Active member of local and/or national professional practice organization.
• Demonstrates excellence in technical performance and oversight.
• Analytical techniques and modeling for complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee operational strategies and business plans.
• Lead daily operational activities across the business unit.
• Monitor KPIs and financial data to assess health and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set objectives and action plans.
• Design scalable processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational readiness.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks with internal controls.
