Job summary

Aero Snow Removal Corp is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to manage daily activities for snow removal across multiple sites in the US. You will oversee Base Managers, ensuring efficient operations and safety while providing excellent service to our customers.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in operations leadership with significant experience in snow removal or construction. You will be responsible for team training, policy formulation, and relationship management with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in a multi-market business operations leadership role.
• At least 2 years snow removal or construction experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple site locations throughout the United States.
• Develop and implement snow removal operations program.
• Evaluate efficiency of business procedures and apply strategies for improvement.
