MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Regional Director to lead our Eastern operations with a focus on profitability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across Florida and Georgia. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this hands-on leader will stabilize and grow markets, recruiting and developing Branch Managers to drive growth.

The role demands P&L ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to scale Make-Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and CapEx services in collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regional operations with multi-location oversight and full P&L accountability.
• Experience launching and turning around Branch operations in high-growth, service-based industries.
• Experience in multi-family services, make-ready, repair & maintenance, or CapEx is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Execution-focused with strong KPI management and forecasting skills.
• Proven track record hiring, coaching, and retaining branch-level talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels and functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations across Florida and Georgia, ensuring revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Branch Managers to build high-performing local teams.
• Launch new markets and turnaround underperforming branches.
• Own regional P&L and resource planning for current operations and growth.
• Deploy Make-Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and CapEx services with local teams to meet client needs and revenue goals.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial reviews.
• Champion service consistency, client satisfaction, and proactive communication.
• Drive KPI implementation, process improvements, and adoption of company systems.
• Promote safety culture and readiness for new initiatives and transformation.
