Job summary

Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead 6 to 9 restaurants in the assigned region, ensuring adherence to brand standards, recipes and operating procedures while driving guest experience and profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, P&L ownership, talent recruitment and development of restaurant managers, plus a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork across the region.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous multi-unit management experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality or similar environment.
• 2 years of Pei Wei General Manager experience (Internal Candidates)
• 1 year General Manager experience outside of Pei Wei
• Computer literacy and financial management experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Take a hands-on management approach with all team members and 6 to 9 restaurants to drive the vision, brand and direction of our Company
• Accountable for all functional areas within assigned region including full P&L, FOH/BOH Operations, Sales, Accounting and Human Resources
• Hire great talent for your locations
• Coach, train and support restaurant managers and team members on the service model, menu execution, systems and program implementation
• Set and uphold standards, goals and strategies Focus on problem solving and process improvement by leveraging restaurant management in each location
• Motivate and recognize restaurant managers and their teams for their accomplishments
