Restaurant Associates is seeking a Regional Director to lead as a seasoned People Leader with strategic and operational oversight, serving as the link between RA, Compass Group, and premier clients. You will guide business strategy and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Reporting to the President of Operations, you will manage performance, foster a strong culture, and drive profitability across large multi-client contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience.
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service.

Responsabilités

• Lead R/A’s culture of CARE.
• Plan and advise portfolio to achieve KPIs.
• Partner with senior management on strategies.
• Monitor progress to meet annual targets.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Coordinate financial objectives and profitability.
• Build relationships at all levels with RA/Compass.
• Foster growth, recognition and engaged teams.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Conduct customer and client satisfaction surveys.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure financial performance meets client forecasts.
• Promote company policies and legal compliance.
• Support recruitment and staff development.
• Collaborate on union negotiations where applicable.
• Complete reports per corporate policies on deadlines.
