The role partners closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen standards, safety, and team capability.

The candidate will analyze markets, manage budgets, and coordinate with external bodies to support growth and compliance. Remote work arrangement with significant travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Ten years in the convenience store or gasoline industry, with at least five years in management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% annually
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate competitor pricing and market surveys to ensure competitiveness
• Review financial reports to assess cash flow, inventory, and profit margins
• Partner with departments to develop and implement promotional strategies that boost sales
• Conduct store inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational standards
• Enforce safety practices to protect employees and customers, providing necessary training
• Prepare annual budgets and analyze financial variances to meet objectives

For our client, we are seeking a Region Operations Director to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will oversee multi-location operations across a defined region, with a strong focus on driving consistent execution, sales performance, and financial discipline. The role partners closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen operational standards, safety, and team capability. It also includes market analysis, budget management, and external coordination to support growth and compliance. Location: Remote Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
