Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to provide operational leadership across multiple branch locations throughout New England. You will coach Branch Managers and Service Managers while driving accountability for operational and financial performance.

You’ll improve service operations, dispatch, routing, inventory, billing and reporting, lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership within a field service environment.
• Multi-site leadership with responsibility for operational performance and P&L.
• Experience with ERP or Field Service Management systems such as NetSuite or ServiceTitan.

The Role

Provide operational leadership across multiple branch locations throughout New England. Lead the operational integration of newly acquired businesses, helping standardize processes, systems, and reporting. What You Bring — Must-Haves

• 7+ years of operations leadership within commercial doors, dock equipment, access control, overhead doors, or a closely related field service environment.
• Multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for operational performance and P&L.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build credibility with both technicians and senior leadership.
• Experience improving service operations, dispatch, scheduling, and field execution.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% throughout the New England region.
• Experience with ERP or Field Service Management systems such as NetSuite, ServiceTitan, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating acquisitions or leading operational change across multiple locations.
• Background with organizations such as Miner, DuraServ, DH Pace, Vortex, or similar commercial service organizations.
• OSHA or formal safety leadership experience.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization experience.
