Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking an Area Manager of Operations to oversee multiple bowling centers, develop General Managers, and drive operational and financial performance across the region. You will travel frequently, coach senior leadership, support sales initiatives, and ensure guest experiences align with brand standards.

This role requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in entertainment/hospitality and a proven track record of growing revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple centers in high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or F&B.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and financial performance.
• Experience developing General Managers into stronger leaders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, labor, and margin optimization skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and build improvement plans.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution, financial performance, and guest experience across multiple centers
• Coach and develop General Managers and senior leadership to raise consistency and growth
• Analyze multi-unit performance data to identify improvements and implement changes
• Support sales initiatives, events, marketing execution, and staffing strategies
• Be present across centers during nights, weekends, and holidays to reinforce standards
• Partner with regional leaders to share best practices and execute company initiatives
