Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Area Manager of Operations to lead multiple bowling and entertainment centers, develop General Managers, and drive financial performance across the region.

You will oversee guest experience, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives while traveling between centers and staying aligned with regional leadership. This role requires strong leadership, financial savvy, and a proven track record in high-volume hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in high-volume entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven record of driving sales growth and financial performance across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated success developing General Managers into stronger operators.
• Advanced financial acumen across multiple P&Ls including budgeting, forecasting, labor, and margin optimization.
• A data-driven approach to identifying operational gaps and building plans that fix them.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple centers and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop General Managers and senior leadership teams to raise performance.
• Analyze multi-unit performance data to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Support sales initiatives, events, marketing execution, and staffing strategies.
• Remain present across centers during nights, weekends, and holidays to reinforce standards.
