Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; other combinations of experience and education that meet minimum requirements may be substituted.
• Ten years of experience working in the convenience store/gasoline industry or more preferred; including minimum of 5 years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor pricing and market surveys to forecast and adjust strategy.
• Review financials and budgets; analyze variances and costs.
• Develop promotional programs with gasoline and marketing teams to boost sales.
• Maintain stores, inspect inventory, merchandising, and reports.
• Ensure safety; train staff and enforce safety practices.
• Plan capital spending with Real Estate on store acquisitions.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; coach and develop performance.
• Stay current in industry by attending workshops and reading publications.
• Occasionally engage Government agencies on various matters.
