Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Salem, Utah is seeking an experienced Area Operator to oversee multiple service areas, drive growth, and ensure high-quality client care across Day Treatment, Residential, Community-Based Services, and ABA programs.

You will lead directors and managers, build scalable operational systems, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and partner with executive leadership on strategic expansion and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams in behavioral health.
• Strong budgeting and financial oversight.
• Ability to develop infrastructure and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure and operational systems to support growth and new programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, contracts, and strategic goals.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and referral sources.
• Provide leadership and coaching to directors, managers, and staff.
• Monitor KPIs and compliance across all programs (ABA, residential, Day Treatment).
• Collaborate with COO and executive leadership on short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee facilities, staffing, and documentation standards.
