Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field or equivalent.
• Proven track record of growing a company or service line.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance, growth, and service delivery across areas.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing, and contracts across programs.
• Lead leadership teams, set systems, workflows, and performance standards.
• Develop infrastructure for new programs and staffing as the organization grows.
• Manage partnerships, referrals, and external funding to support expansion.
