Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Director in Worcester, MA to bridge field operations with executive strategy. You will travel to newly acquired branches, professionalize dispatch, service flow, and inventory, and drive improvements across multiple sites.

You will coach Branch and Service Managers on P&L performance, implement standardized processes, and lead integration of acquisitions using NetSuite or ServiceTitan. A PE-backed growth culture offers high visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership in the Commercial Door, Dock, or Access Control industry.
• Deep working knowledge of commercial entry solutions (doors, dock equipment, high-speed doors).
• Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time on a regional basis.
• Comfort with ERP/FSM systems (NetSuite, ServiceTitan, or similar) and strong Excel skills.

A Day in This Role You might start the morning walking the floor of a newly acquired branch that's still running on paper and handshake deals — meeting the team, diagnosing why dispatch keeps falling behind. By midday you're coaching that branch's manager through a cleaner scheduling process, then reviewing labor and billing data to find where money's leaking out of the order-to-cash cycle. You close the day on a call with the COO, flagging what needs executive attention and what you can fix yourself — then you're back on the road to the next stop.
