PNC is seeking a Regional Coordinator within its Wealth Management organization, based in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA. The role provides administrative support to regional leadership, coordinates reporting, manages calendars, and handles onboarding and onboarding-related tasks, acting as a liaison across business partners.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Supports day-to-day administrative soundness of a region by providing administrative support.
• Prepares and distributes reports to leadership; acts as primary contact and gathers feedback.
• May manage expense reports, calendars, invoices, and attendance in the database.
• Responds to customer concerns and routes to appropriate partners.
• Assists branches with staffing, onboarding, and training enrollment; creates job requisitions.
