This in-office role supports regional leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, calendar management, onboarding, and staff coordination to enable smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in office administration, budgeting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; related experience may be considered.
• Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day administrative soundness of a region by providing administrative help.
• Prepares and distributes reports to leadership and acts as a primary point of contact.
• Manages calendars, work requests, invoices, and time/attendance data.
• Routes customer concerns to Ecosystem partners for resolution.
• Assists branches with staffing, onboarding, and new hire paperwork.
• Creates job requisitions for new employees.
