Job summary

JX Enterprises and Truck Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure smooth Parts Department operations. You will handle inbound freight, stock organization, and order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role offers a team-oriented environment, with a 7:00am-5:00pm shift on Tue-Fri and 8:00am-2:00pm on Saturdays, plus a 15% shift premium for off-peak hours and weekends. Join a family-owned company with over 50 years of history and 1,200+ employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to grow within the organization.
• Comfort with computers and multiple systems.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight in a timely manner.
• Distribute inter-branch orders accurately and promptly.
• Package and ship core returns as needed.
• Oversee cycle counts and inventory variances with accurate records.
• Stock shelves with labeled, neat bins and proper placement.
• Coordinate with Delivery Drivers to stage and deliver parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to improve customer experiences.
• Perform other duties to support business needs.

Warehouse Coordinator located in Waukesha, WI.

Shift:

Tuesday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm

Shift Premium:

Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.
• Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Package and ship core returns as needed, demonstrating responsibility and environmental consciousness.
• Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances and maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received to ensure efficient resource management.
• Stock parts shelves in the correct fashion, ensuring parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.
• Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries and deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and partnering business units.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred..
• Six months of warehouse related experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Desire to grow within an organization.
• High comfort level with computers and navigating a variety of systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Certification or the willingness to obtain certification.
