Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DJJ policies and procedures and the continuum of care.
• Ability to supervise employees and coordinate work in a regional context.
• Experience in contract monitoring, contract management, or program reviews preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess performance of services provided to DJJ youth in provider-operated programs or facilities.
• Supervise and develop regional staff, plan and direct work activities.
• Assist with annual compliance reviews and monitoring schedules.
• Update PMM/JJIS data and support corrective action plans.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and reviews as requested.
