Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Resident Regional Manager to lead multiple accounts and ensure top-tier service quality. This role involves significant leadership of multi-site teams, strong client relationships, and strategic operational execution across a diverse set of facilities.

The successful candidate will travel up to 50% to meet business needs, develop site leaders, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and safety standards across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an operational environment.
• Experience managing multiple locations and diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Office Support Services (Mailroom, Shipping/Receiving, Reception, Hospitality, Workplace Services).
• Experience coaching leaders in a multi-site setting.
• Strong understanding of metrics, continuity, compliance, and safety programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Owns accountability for client relationships and service delivery across accounts.
• Leads operations and executes strategic initiatives across sites.
• Develops and coaches site managers and frontline leaders.
• Oversees recruitment, talent development, and staffing across locations.
