Job summary

Compass Senior Living seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead and support a region of Assisted Living communities. You will mentor Administrators, drive budgeted metrics, and partner with Home Office to optimize census, revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction while maintaining care quality.

The role requires strong financial and analytical skills, excellent English communication, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care operations.
• Experience as Regional Manager or Corporate level role.
• Ability to read and interpret budgeting and financial reports.
• Strong verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a region of Assisted Living communities.
• Mentor and collaborate with Administrators within the region.
• Identify revenue growth and expense reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate and communicate with Community Leaders and Compass leadership.
