Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a seasoned account leader to manage a major client, provide regional oversight across local sites, and drive growth through new business development. You will apply strong client relations, financial stewardship, and operational excellence to ensure solutions meet client needs while mentoring teams and shaping service delivery.

This role requires clear communication, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, P&L-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client.
• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Strong track record of client or customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong business presence and client influencing skills
• Monitors client satisfaction and customer relations to ensure operation solutions meet the client needs
• Manages a budget with significant financial responsibility
• Demonstrates operational excellence through application of acquired knowledge, team management, and presentation and communication skills
• Performs people management and ensures succession plans are in place
• Performs other duties as assigned
