Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Regional Director to serve as the primary representative for the designated region. This role coordinates all activities through regional managers and directors to ensure performance aligns with strategic goals.

The position requires strong leadership, proven P&L management, and exceptional communication skills to drive client satisfaction and account growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven experience in successfully managing P&L budgets.
• Strong track record of client or customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares regional budget and overall P&L accountability for assigned region.
• Ensures quality control systems are documented.
• Assures highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans.
• Maintains direct contact with client to ensure strong relationships are maintained.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
