You will report to the Head of U.S. Sales and build a high-performing oncology field team to drive regional sales and market access. You will recruit, coach, and develop oncology account managers, partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, analyze regional performance, and ensure compliant, customer-focused execution across
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, including 5+ years of oncology sales leadership.
- Recent experience leading oncology product launches; NSCLC experience preferred.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Lead launch and commercialization of ivonescimab in the US region.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of oncology account managers.
- Lead regional launch readiness and execution with cross-functional partners.
- Monitor regional sales performance and provide ongoing coaching.
- Develop regional business plans and account strategies to optimize engagement.
- Ensure compliant, ethical and legal execution of commercial activities.
- Travel as required to meet business objectives.
