The role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech sales, 5+ years in oncology leadership, and NSCLC experience is highly preferred. Expect up to 75% travel and a focus on high-impact customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience, including 5+ years of oncology sales leadership.
• Recent experience leading or supporting oncology product launches; NSCLC experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing oncology sales teams.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable business plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute national sales strategies and business plans to achieve regional sales objectives and market share goals.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of oncology account managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Lead regional launch readiness and execution for ivonescimab, ensuring reps promote effectively and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Monitor regional KPIs and analytics; provide ongoing coaching to maximize team effectiveness.
• Develop strategic regional business plans and account strategies to optimize engagement and resource deployment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations for aligned execution.
• Build strong relationships with oncology customers, healthcare systems, and regional stakeholders.
