Job summary

Summit Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Medical Science Director (MSL) for the South region. This remote US role focuses on Immuno-Oncology, engagement with healthcare professionals, and education on Summit therapies.

You will develop territory plans, support development initiatives, and maintain scientific relationships with leading experts. The position requires 5+ years in solid tumor IO, 2+ years as an MSL, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required in health sciences (MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years solid tumor oncology experience preferred.
• 2+ years as a Medical Science Liaison required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with HCP/investigator engagement.
• Support clinical development and external collaborations.
• Build professional relationships with external experts in IO.
• Educate on disease state and products to providers and researchers.
• Monitor scientific meetings and provide insights.
• Stay updated on market trends and new therapeutic areas.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and country medical activities.
• Collaborate with teams to support account plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
