Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to lead field-based activities supporting NUBEQA and XOFIGO across the Northeast region. The role focuses on KOL engagement, regional conventions, and speaker programs to drive brand performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
• Proven sales, customer-facing success and project management.
• Strong ability to build and grow relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop Thought Leaders and execute regional meetings for NUBEQA and XOFIGO.
• Lead regional conventions, sponsorships and TL engagement at conferences.
• Manage speaker’s bureau and develop marketing initiatives.
• Partner with field teams and sales consultants to align on strategy.
• Travel to customer meetings and industry events as required.
