Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Associate Director Regional Marketing, Oncology to drive regional marketing initiatives for NUBEQA and XOFIGO across Texas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Qualifications

• Proven sales, customer-facing success, or project management experience.
• Experience in engaging with academic centers and key accounts in pharma/biotech.
• Marketing leadership or program management experience in oncology or urology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs and manage relationships for the prostate franchise.
• Lead regional conventions and coordinate TL engagements at events.
• Develop marketing initiatives and coordinate advisory boards and speaker programs.
• Partner with field teams and cross-functional partners to execute regional plans.
• Support speaker assessment and selection and ensure effective field collaboration.
