This field-based role partners with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and analytics to optimize commercialization across hematology indications. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma marketing with 3+ years in Hematology Oncology, plus a Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharma marketing or related experience.
• 3+ years in Hematology Oncology sales/marketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL customer strategies to support hematology oncology products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, and Analytics.
• Lead promotional speaker bureau strategy for Brukinsa and Beqalzi.
• Represent BeOne at US and international meetings and conferences.
• Drive integrated commercial plans at national/regional scientific meetings.
• Communicate market insights and risks to internal teams.
