Exelixis Inc. seeks a Field-Based Marketing Director – Key Customer Team to drive KOL relations and execute brand strategies within a defined geography. You will work with field sales and the home office to align resources and tactics, ensuring successful KOL strategy deployment and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education BA/BS in related field with 13+ years of related experience; or MA/MS with 11+ years.
• Field-based/regional marketing experience in oncology and product launches.
• Knowledge of KOL development practices and compliant engagement.
• Strong planning, analytics, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist in creating content for commercial tactics (speaker bureau, advisory boards).
• Identify and cultivate KOL relationships and profile long-term engagement plans.
• Lead development of Key Account engagement plans for assigned KOLs.
• Manage KOL engagement at congresses for the commercial team.
• Act as liaison between KOLs and home office cross-functional teams.
• Support Advisory Boards: identify, invite, prepare faculty, report back to teams.
• Develop promotional speaker bureaus and recruit speakers for trainings.
