Bayer seeks an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to drive regional marketing strategies for NUBEQA and XOFIGO. The role focuses on engaging key opinion leaders, leading regional conventions, and managing speaker programs across Boston, NYC, and the Northeast.

Travel to conferences and customer meetings is expected. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in pharma/biotech with oncology or urology exposure, a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrated success in sales, relationship

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5-7 years’ experience in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years customer-facing.
2 years experience in oncology or urology.
Proven sales, customer-facing success, and/or project management track record.
Ability to develop strategic approaches and build strong customer relationships.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Engage and manage KOLs to support brand strategy for NUBEQA and XOFIGO.
Lead regional conventions and speaker programs, coordinating with TLs and agencies.
Own marketing initiatives and advisory boards within the region.
Partner with sales, medical affairs, and field teams to align on business strategy.
Travel to customer meetings, conferences, and major industry events in Northeast U.S.
