Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Account Manager to build and expand senior-level relationships with payers, providers, and administrators across strategically important regional accounts.

This role focuses on creating access strategies, contract success and patient access for oncology therapies within a defined geography. The role requires deep payer/provider economic understanding and collaboration with internal teams to maximize contract value and market share,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in pharma or oncology sales preferred.
• Experience with IDN/Hospital accounts preferred.
• Travel up to 70% domestically and to GPO/trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand relationships with regional accounts to secure formulary access.
• Serve as liaison between DSI and Managed Markets Regional Account customers and internal teams.
• Create comprehensive account plans with objectives, goals and tactics.
• Monitor account utilization and market data to identify opportunities and drive contract pull-through.
