Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Account Management in Ohio to build and expand relationships with regional accounts including OHS/IDN and specialty oncology practices.

The role focuses on market access, payer/provider economics, and contract optimization in a multi-stakeholder environment. The role demands deep account planning, strategic value proposition development, and leadership to mentor other RAMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals/oncology.
• IDN/hospital/key community oncology account management experience preferred.
• Specialty GPO/injectable/buy-and-bill experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with regional accounts to ensure formulary access for DSI products.
• Serve as primary liaison between DSI and the Managed Markets Regional Account customer; build comprehensive account plans and maintain account profiles.
• Present and position DSI products to regional accounts, collaborating with RAMs, field sales, and marketing to implement initiatives.
• Monitor account utilization and market-share data; develop contracting business cases and pull-through opportunities.
