Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Account Manager (ADOAM) to build and expand strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders, Medical Directors, and leaders in large regional accounts, including OHS and IDN networks across a defined geography.

The role focuses on securing formulary access, driving payer/provider insights, and developing value propositions to grow market share. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with RAMs, field sales, and contracting teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with regional accounts (OHS, IDN, specialty pharmacy, community oncology) to secure formulary access and drive product value.
• Develop comprehensive business plans, account profiles, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize contractual opportunities.
• Present and position DSI products to regional accounts, driving access, market share, and value-based decisions.
