Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Regional Office Manager in Springfield, IL to support daily regional operations, supervise staff, and coordinate onboarding with Corporate HR. The role acts as a liaison among field staff, facility leadership, and corporate teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in office operations, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in office administration, business operations, or administrative support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of regional office operations and administrative functions.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate office support staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee processing with HR and other departments.
• Coordinate with vendors, facility staff, and Corporate Accounting regarding invoices and payments.
• Generate and distribute operational, staffing, and compliance reports for leadership and clients.
• Maintain tracking systems for credentialing, CEUs, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate temporary staffing and agency personnel when needed.
• Attend staff meetings and support organizational initiatives.
