Job summary

Wilson Elser - Attorneys is seeking a Regional Office Administrator in our Miami Office to lead a regional team of Office Administrators and run cross-office operations. The ROA will partner with Region Managing Partners to ensure consistent application of firm policies, standards and service levels.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional development within an in-office setting designed to foster team culture and client-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years admin/ops management experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations or regional teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional team of Office Administrators.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for primary office.
• Maintain relationships with Region Managing Partner and Regional Managing Partners.
• Serve as primary communication link between regional offices and national leadership; provide updates and insights.
• Supervise and mentor Office Administrators and staff; support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Manage annual performance and compensation process for direct reports and staff.
• Partner with Director of Office Administration to implement firm-wide initiatives and strategies.
• Manage regional office budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
