The Regional Office Administrator (ROA) is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple offices and supervises a regional team of Office Administrators while also functioning as the Office Administrator for their primary location. The role works closely with the Region Managing Partner and Regional Managing Partners ensuring that all offices operate efficiently, align with firm‑wide standards, and deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience for attorneys, staff, and clients.
