UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in the Pittsburgh region seeks a Regional Office Manager to oversee administrative operations across Monroeville, West Mifflin, McKeesport, Mercy, Uniontown and Western Maryland. This full-time, on-site role requires travel between centers.

You will manage scheduling, templates, supplies, equipment maintenance and staff training, ensuring a patient-friendly environment and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Oversee administration of general services across multiple cancer center offices.
• Coordinate scheduling templates and operational tasks, assisting the director daily.
• Order clinical supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Monitor patient schedules and staffing to prevent overbookings.
• Ensure patient-friendly environment and policy compliance.
• Provide system fluency in ARIA, Epic, Nuance and ProFee.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies and arrange equipment maintenance for the practice.
• Coordinate maintenance on all equipment used by clinical staff.
• Anticipate scheduling issues and adjust staffing accordingly.
• Review schedules to troubleshoot overbooking and staffing.
• Maintain patient-centric environment and ensure policy adherence.
• Staff laser templates and proper patient scheduling.
• Train staff and support standardized processes across centers.
• Act as systems super user for ARIA, Epic, Nuance, ProFee.
