Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You will set expectations for consultative service, drive operational excellence, and lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver a high-quality client experience.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, while ensuring staffing, facilities, and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and drive performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
