H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You will ensure a high-quality client experience, set expectations for consultative service, and drive business results across locations.

You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance, while maintaining in-office presence and strong leadership across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations across offices.
• Travel frequently in‑day to maintain presence across locations.
